1 General Terms & Conditions

Jpok (https://jpok.ws) is an online Sports Betting and entertainment platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between jpok and its users. By using the platform, you confirm that:

Match Cancellations & Suspensions

• All bets will be refunded if a match is completely cancelled.
• Match 4 Bets will be voided if the match does not resume within 8 hours.
• Incomplete matches (e.g., rain-affected cricket) will be settled under Duckworth-Lewis rules.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳1,00,000 (subject to change based on VIP tier)
• Deposits are generally instant — credited within 30 minutes at most.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (higher limits may apply for VIP tiers)

6 Prohibited Activities

If any of the following actions are taken jpok We reserve the right to immediately close accounts and confiscate funds. Legal action may also be taken for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

• Match Fixing: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event.
• Software Misuse: Use of bots, scripts, or automated betting tools.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• False Identity: Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting System Vulnerabilities: Intentionally exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening the support team or other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You can request to close your account at any time. Contact support and we'll process it within 24 hours.

jpok may suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• KYC verification fails.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure

8 Limitation of Liability
